Deposits:
Reservation Deposit
is $350. Deposit refunded for cancellations
only if condo is re-rented for cancelled period and with a $50.00
service charge. Cancellations must be received in writing sixty (60) days prior to arrival date to be eligible for refund. Upon arrival, deposit becomes damage deposit
and is refunded by mail within 30 days after departure.
