Our comfortable New Smyrna Beach condos have two spacious bedrooms and two full baths and have fully furnished kitchens plus living/dining room. All units have balconies or walk-out patios overlooking the pool and beautiful Atlantic Ocean.

A laundry facility is available on site, and we now have free wireless internet in all units!

All Units are 2 Bedroom/2 Bath

Cleaning Fee $70

Rentals for 5 and 6 months will be required to submit first and last months rental fee 120 days prior to checkin.

Rentals for 1-4 months will be required to submit one month's rental fee 120 days before checking which will be applied to the last month's rent. Due to cancellation your downpayment will be refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Deposits:

Reservation Deposit is $350 for weekly or monthly rental. Deposit refunded for cancellations only if condo is re-rented for cancelled period and we deduct a $50 cancellation fee. Upon arrival, deposit becomes security deposit and is refunded by mail within 30 days after departure.

Check-In: Between 2:00 and 5:00 pm

Check-Out: By 10:00 am
